I was introduced to the Primal Blueprint last year. I read it and thought it was pretty interesting. I followed that up with Paleo for Athletes. This past January a friend introduced me to the Whole 9’s Whole 30 challenge, which I did and loved. For the most part I eat pretty clean and every quarter or so I do another challenge, cleaning up and fine tuning my diet (i.e., cutting sugar and alcohol as most of the processed food are long gone from my normal routine).
